Kingdom Siege is a fun, exciting MMO with unique battles.
There are a lot of MMOs out there. At first, it was really just mainstream on PC desktop computers, but in recent years, they have become increasingly popular on mobile platforms as well. One such game is Kingdom Siege, which was just released on iOS.
In the world of Kingdom Siege, players grow and defend Egyptian-themed empires. You can either play in campaign mode or traditional multiplayer mode. Your goals are quite simple –
- Expand borders
- Occupy cities and
- Extend influence throughout the land

Player vs Player: Don’t just raid opponents for resources. Conquer and occupy their cities to expand your border.

- Kingdom Management: Manage your resources, develop and upgrade your troops, and research technologies.
- Plethora of Events: War of the Crown, Alliance War, Tomb Rush, Minions of Anubis… Kingdom Siege has it all!
- Leaderboards: Compete with your friends and prove you’re the one true king!
While I’m not the biggest fan of MMOs, I did enjoy Kingdom Siege. There is something a little bit different about this game that I found intriguing. At first, it looks very much like Command & Conquer games. You are shown a base camp that you are meant to grow through building and train troops for battle. Once your troops are trained, you go to a chess-like looking board where you strategically place your troops to fight off opposing forces. Once you have your troops placed, you tap on “start” and they little figures go into fierce action. The animation is wonderful and the colorful graphics are crisp and creative.
If you are a fan of MMOs, I would recommend giving Kingdom Siege a try. It’s quite enjoyable with a unique method of battle. The game is free to download from the App Store.
